MBIE's Migration Data Explorer aims to provide a clear picture of New Zealand's migration trends through graphical illustrations of migration stocks, flows and pathways.
The website, launched on 1 March 2019, contains data on visa applications by visa type, data on migrant populations, and flows of migrants in and out of New Zealand.
Data is available by nationality, gender, age groups, visa type, by year (where applicable) and month: all in an easy-to-use and interactive format.
